No. 5250 emulation and the RPG applications behind it move to the new hardware along with everything else in a standard migration. Many IBM i shops keep running some or all of their day-to-day operations through 5250 screens on current Power 11 hardware; a migration doesn't force a change to that interface, though a modern web front end can optionally be layered on top later without rewriting the underlying application.
