A newer autoloader drive does not read every older tape. Keep the archive generation and encryption keys in the replacement request.
TS2900 automation and attachment
The backup application requests cartridges from the magazine and controls the SAS drive. For IBM i, include the Power model, IBM i release, adapter and BRMS level so we can check device support. A 3572 drive assembly is not the same assembly as a 3580 standalone drive of the same LTO generation.
